I can’t say enough good things about Subhadeeb. Seriously the best representative I’ve dealt with from Vrbo. He was so amazing on the phone in helping me with a problem and seeking the solution. Vrbo should be so pleased to have such a fantastic employee working for them. He represents Vrbo so well and takes his job to heart. Loved with working with him.

My friends and I rented a house in Lehigh Acres Florida thru these guys. We showed up at the wrong house by accident. So we called them. They got host on the phone right away and cleared it up. Thanks for the great help. We came from Michigan to Florida and they made it a stress free experience.

Lisa, the home owner, took expert care of us in the phone before our arrival, gave me the information of a Italian restaurant, the experience was incredible, it is very close to the beach, the house was very clean and well kept. My wife and the kids were very comfortable. Lisa cares. We loved it. Thanks Lisa, Merry Christmas.❤️

My church family rented a house through Vrbo.com, it was a great experience, customer service was absolutely great. I have nothing bad to say, I definitely will be using them again for our next vacation. If you are looking for a great house that feels like home, try Vrbo, I don't think you would be disappointed.

We rented 1054 Holden Beach Blvd West. This is a 3-bedroom/2 bath house across the street from the beach. It was beautifully decorated, perfectly supplied, meticulously clean. Met the owner who gave us his phone number and offered to help in any way. There were many little touches that we appreciated: books, puzzles, full length mirror, lots of appliances, lots of bath linens. An absolute gem! The only concern is beach access as each home has a specified access point. One must go upstairs, up a ramp, downstairs, then up and down a dune, which is not for the orthopedically challenged.

I want to warn everyone about VRBO.com and their dishonesty. They take your money, but they don't give it back even with evidence and pictures. If you post a bad review, they will not post it and will only post good reviews because it's good for their business. They will always side with the property owner because that's how they make their money. I rented a property that stated one night free with three nights, and never received the listed promotion. Then, I was charged $500.00 dollars of the security deposit because I left a bad review and the owner saw it. There was no damage to the house, and I even took pictures. Then, to top it off, VRBO removed my bad review. I complained but VRBO gave me the run around and kept circumventing the conversation. So, I lost $900.00 dollars from VRBO and my advice is to go through another company besides VRBO and Booking.com.

Where to start? The “house” was filthy—moldy food left in the oven, mold in the shower…. Much more but those health issues were of utmost concern. VRBO didn’t care. Told me they’d call me to help. They did not. Told me they’d email me, they did not. Refused to get us out of this health hazard. Abominable and shameful.

Buyer beware!! They don't deserve the one star! This company is a scam. Worst customer service ever!, lack of sympathy, long call holds just to get the runaround on the misleading information they post. Shame on Airbnb and VRBO for letting them use their platforms for reservations. Vrbo was of no help either and if you book a Vacasa rental you are 100% at their mercy. Always verify that you are booking an airbnb or vrbo managed property. Their policy information is dishonest. False advertising. Bait & switch tactics. Poor management. Their future stay credit ("fsc") policy is only issued in very rare instances (tornado, hurricanes, "acts of god"), although that is not outlined in their advertisem*nt. Never book with vacasa!

Upon arrival, bees were found living in the walls. Called the mortified owner who was great in trying to find me another place. Ultimately, we went to a hotel. The owner and I worked for nearly a week trying to get a refund processed. Dozens of calls and finally told a refund would happen. When it did happen, it was a partial refund with no explanation of where the remaining refund. The owner even told me this would never happen with ABB although I think they are both pretty bad on things likes this. I will never book with them again. Still don't have my refund. Visa is working on the dispute. AVOID VRBO!

I reserved a VRBO and the owner cancelled as NJ/NY was shut down due to COVID. I paid almost $600 and had $110 refunded (service fee) by VRBO. Owner refused to refund and issued credit. VRBO was made aware of this despite listing claiming full refund was an option in case of cancellation. That was in late 2020. Now trying to get refund as company listing property is out of business. VRBO not willing to refund despite me providing all the required information.
