How to Register

How to Register for SchoolCash Online

  1. Go to https://nvusd.schoolcashonline.com and click “Register”
  2. Fill out the form with your name, email address, and a password. Select a security question and answer.
    IMPORTANT: Select “Yes” for receiving email notifications regarding student fees.
  3. Complete registration by clicking the “Continue” button.
  4. You will receive an email to confirm your registration by clicking on the link. Check your Spam folder if you do not find it in your inbox.
  5. Click on the link on the Registration Complete page to sign in.

How to Add Your Student on SchoolCash Online

  1. Go to https://nvusd.schoolcashonline.com and click “Sign In”
  2. In the top right-hand corner, click “My Account” then “My Students”.
  3. Click the link that says “Click here to add a student”.
    1. NVUSD hasalready beenselected for you.
    2. Select your child’sschool.
    3. Enter yourstudent’sinformation.
    4. Click “Confirm”.
      *First Name, Last Name, and Birth Date are required fields, but if you know the Student Number, that is most helpful.
    5. Click the checkbox next to “I Agree”
    6. Select your relationship to the studentunder the “Relationship” dropdownmenu.
    7. Click “Continue”.
  4. You should get confirmation that you added your student successfully. Click “Add Another Student” to add another student.

Note: All authorized guardians can add a student to their account using this same process.

Cómo registrarse en SchoolCash Online

  1. Vaya a https://nvusd.schoolcashonline.com y haga clic en “Registrarse”.
  2. Rellene el formulario con su nombre, dirección de correo electrónico y una contraseña. Seleccione una pregunta y una respuesta de seguridad.

Cómo añadir a su estudiante en SchoolCash Online

  1. Vaya a https://nvusd.schoolcashonline.com y haga clic en “Iniciar sesión”.
  2. En la esquina superior derecha, haga clic en “Mi cuenta” y después en “Mis estudiantes”.
  3. Haga clic en el enlace que dice “Haga clic aquí para añadir un estudiante”.
    1. El NVUSD yaha sidoseleccionado para usted.
    2. Seleccione laescuela de su hijo/a.
    3. Introduzca lainformación de suestudiante.
    4. Pulse “Confirmar”.
      *El nombre, los apellidos y la fecha de nacimiento son campos obligatorios, pero si conoce el número de estudiante, le será de gran ayuda.
    5. Haga clic en la casilla de verificación situada junto a “Acepto”.
    6. Seleccione su relación con el o la estudianteen el menú desplegable“Relación”.
    7. Haga clic en “Continuar”.
  4. Debería recibir la confirmación de que ha añadido a su estudiante correctamente. Haga clic en “Añadir otro/a estudiante” para añadir otro/a estudiante.

  • Why SchoolCash? This system enables ASB funds to be electronically collected in compliance with California State Education code 5121 and Board Policy 3452. The many other benefits of an electronic payment systems (see below for more details).
  • Can families still pay with cash? Yes. We prefer families use SchoolCash, but we understand that some famlies may still need to pay with cash.

  • Do families need to register to pay school fees, make donations, and buy event tickets online with a credit or debit card? Families need to register online to pay school fees with a credit card or debit. Donations, event tickets, and any other public items can be purchased by guests with a credit card or debit card.
  • Will families that register for SchoolCash receive notifications when new fees are added? Yes!
  • Can families receive email notifications in their preferred language? Yes! SchoolCash can send email notifications in over 100 languages.
  • How do parents attach their children to their account? When parents register for SchoolCash they are prompted to add their children. To do so, they have to select and provide:
    • Napa Valley Unified School District
    • Their child’s school
    • Their child’s ID number or name
    • Their child’s birthday
      A parent has already registered, how do they add another child? In the upper right hand corner, select add student.
  • If someone wants to register but does not have a child in the district what should they do when prompted to register their child? Under the confirm button, click on, “I don’t want to add a student.”
  • Is School Cash required? No, it is simply an easy option beyond cash.
