I have got Misty Knight and White Magneto from the reunion crystals. So, who would the best option to go for in reunion selector? I can go for either of them except Misty Knight.

It’s up to your preference. I reccomend mcoc encyclopaedia’s youtube channel. He has several video showcasing each of these champs so you can make your own decision. Depending on what you want out of them you can’t go wrong with any of them.
Ihulk -> insane pve usability
Venompool -> awesome utility (especially gain tech class), great for long fights
Punisher 2099 -> great damage and power control abilities
Man-thing -> tanky defender. Works great with 5/5 MD2

Dupe white magneto. For bgs you want punisher awakened and man thing isn’t always gonna be as good as he’ll be next meta on defense.

Science nukes like Hulk, Red Guardian, Silk are not going to be quick against him since they're stuck dealing basic damage the whole fight which in turn will lower their burst damage a ton, 6* Scorpion and Torch won't cut it either if he's r3 cause they'll either be too slow or take a lot of poison damage making Ham and Titania the only viable science attackers that can get a 50k score against him with no issues.
People forget the reason Man-Thing fell off was because he was stuck as a 6* while the most op science champs got released as 7*, that changes completely if you take him to r3.1

Fair enough yeah only if they plan on taking him to r3.
As for Silk she works but she's slow, the sp2 burst is crit reliant indeed that's why she places sunder right before it. Titania's bursts on the other hand aren't crit reliant they're debuff reliant, that's why she will still work.1

Titty is buff immune, silk isn't. There's a lots of poison.

Titty is buff immune, silk isn't. There's a lots of poison.
Also this, and if the person is running Inequity she loses even more damage.
